We like that the recently-opened Lisbon Destination Hostel is located in Rossio train station, an ornate Romantic building of open spaces, high ceilings and big windows. At Lisbon Destination Hostel after COVID-19 we have adapted to lower the risks of transmission, having transformed some dorms into capsule dorms.
Did you know we are one of the most famous landmarks in Lisbon? Lisbon Destination Hostel (LDH) is located *INSIDE* one of the most iconic buildings in Lisbon: The Rossio Train Station. Access through the main entrance and follow the escalators or the elevators to the 2nd floor.
Come hang out with us in "Lisbon's Living Room". The Rossio Railway Station is an undisputed icon of late XIX Century Romantic architecture and it has recently undergone a profound facelift.
Between the ample first-floor dorms with large windows overlooking the historic city and the double rooms on the second floor with a view of our indoor garden, we're confident that you'll have a great experience!
Inside the hostel, you'll find a real indoor garden 'the jungle', where light filters down from the rooftop, harmoniously flooding the patio and creating an atmosphere perfect to chill and drink.
The most famous attractions in Lisbon are close to the Hostel: Alfama, Chiado, Baixa, Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodre. Also, access to Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site not to be missed, is literally at your DOORSTEP inside the train station!
Our central location is already a landmark, so if you want to relax inside, we offer chill spots with hammocks, movie nights, Nintendo Wii, pool table, ping-pong, and its own food & drinks, named Hokapi that will no doubt surprise you with beautiful food We offer WIFI throughout the hostel for your logistics and entertainment, including free Netflix in our private room.

the pub crawl was brilliant, martini (the host) made it a great atmosphere. the volunteers were lovely and helpful and it was super easy to meet new people as a solo traveller. my only problem was that i only got to stay for 2 nights.

Amazing hostel! The facilities are beautiful with a massive common area connected to the kitchen and reception which makes it very easy to meet others. The rooms were very nice with privacy curtains, light, and outlet. It is located in the train station which is central and makes it very easy to do day trips out of Lisbon to places like Sintra. Staff were wonderful! They offered family dinners and bar crawls though they weren't very busy when I was there.

Great hostel! The bed was comfy, it had curtains for privacy, sockets and a small light. The place was secure, you have to use a code to get into your room and there is a storage area with space for a lock. Good showers, only two toilets though unless I didn’t see the others. Big kitchen and break area, so relaxing with all those plants and a great place to socialise! They organise lots of activities and the staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you Epi for making us laugh throughout our stay!

El hecho de estar situado en el interior de una de las estaciones centrales de Lisboa hace que nuestro albergue sea el lugar perfecto para las personas que siempre quieren estar en el medio de todo. Puedes acceder fácilmente a todos los puntos de interés de Lisboa y hay bares, centros comerciales o museos a la vuelta de la esquina. Al estar en un monumento nacional, al mismo tiempo disfrutarás de un lugar con un encanto especial. Todos los huéspedes se sienten muy emocionados con la idea de estar en una estación de tren. Es asombroso porque puedes escribir a tu madre diciéndole "Mamá estoy bien, estoy durmiendo en la estación de tren en Lisboa"...
A primera vista te quedarás impresionado por la belleza y el estilo del edificio, y una vez que entras notas además el cuidado especial que le hemos puesto a todo y el ambiente hogareño. Tambien hay muchos eventos espontáneos que suceden por aquí, como celebraciones de cumpleaños o noches de juegos.
Recomiendo a todos los visitantes que quieran explorar Lisboa que vayan a pasear por las siete colinas (estoy casi seguro de que hay más de siete en realidad). No hay nada comparable con ese dulce dolor en los músculos y ese asombro en la mente que sentirás después de haber disfrutado de las asombrosas vistas de la hermosa ciudad de Lisboa. Para que sea más divertido te aconsejamos que te unas a nuestros recorridos a pie gratuitos.
Nuestro albergue es perfecto para cualquier persona: Los que quieran salir de fiesta encontrarán Bairro Alto a sólo tres minutos; Los amantes de la historia apreciarán el barrio de los museos, galerías de arte y monumentos; mientras que los adictos a las compras tienen centros comerciales y pequeñas tiendas de diseñadores locales en los alrededores.
