We offer luxury style air- conditioned private rooms as well as accommodation for those on a budget all with the best service in Livingstone. The Lodge is in the center of town with seven cafes and restaurants less than 500 yards away and the town's largest supermarket is just over the road. You can book any of the many activities in Livingstone at our dedicated Activities and Safaris booking office. Our staff are always on hand to provide assistance and free travel advice.

Free pancakes (2 per person) are available daily served with lemon juice (sometimes fresh, sometimes bottled) and sugar. (Fresh lemons are not readily available all year around).

Zambian is currently experiencing power outages for 8 hours a day, which we expect to go on for several months. Fawlty Towers is powered by Caterpillar - We have a dedicated generator room with a generator to bring power to our guests 80% of the time.
