Iguana Beach House

Iguana is the best place to be to go surfing being very close to the beach or have an epic night of beers with people from all around the world. Best location with direct access to both the town and beach but far enough from the craziness for a good sleep.

We offer comfortable rooms from cheap dorms to private, perfect for any budget. All rooms have private bathroom, hot water, excellent wifi and air conditioning. BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED!

Chill in the hammocks in our spacious balconies with rio views. Nice lounge, beer pong table.
Our social area closes at midnight if your plan is a quiet one.

Iguana Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival.
Payment hours between 8am and 11pm (0800 - 2300) at the Reception Desk
If you plan to check out after hours, payment must be received first.
E.G. If want to leave at 5am (0500) on a particular day, payment must be made before 11pm (23:00) the previous day.
Payment by cash is due upon arrival.
Check in from 8am (8:00)
Check out before 11am (11:00)
If you check out after 11am (1100) the hostel will automaticlly charge an extra night.
Taxes not included. There is an adittional 12% VAT (Value Added Tax) from the Government of Ecuador.
