Bed bugs!! Bedroom door was always left unlocked. One toilet and shower (which were not kept clean by guests) in the same room for 12 people to share. Very loud at night (men shouting and lots of doors opening and closing constantly). Beds not assigned so stuff was moved by another guest. Also the radiator was on full blast so was far too hot to sleep. Could only pay in cash and free ATMs were not close. Only positives were the location and friendly staff.
