I think 9.2 point is from good old days. Area is really noisy. You may like it if you party and arrive to the hostel in the morning. Room is tiny you must consider that. I didn’t see that if facility get cleaned and toilets’ condition were not good about it.

overall a fine place to stay. the rooms are a bit small and the amenities were ok. staff were very friendly, location was fantastic. bit of an older and quieter crowd.
