Staff are super lovely with their guidance. However our dorm room wasn't great - only 2/4 lockers worked, as a result we didn't have a working locker, our dorm room had no lock and the front door was unlocked all night. One of the bunk beds was so loose and we were worried it was going to collapse in the night. The facilities felt a bit grubby. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

Had an amazing time at this hostel! It was very social in the evenings with guests all talking about their hikes whilst cooking. The staff integrate with guests well, especially Rami who on our first day organised a hike to Fitz Roy and continued to give us lots of info and help regarding hikes and anything else!! Great time, highly recommend:)
