excellent hostel. definitely not a party hostel but very nice quiet and quaint. staff were fantastic, very helpful and kind. Thank you to Enzo for making and sharing his yerba mate with us! beds/bathrooms great, very clean.

Pros: great location, lovely sweet dog, pretty good kitchen.
Cons: no hand soap provided in toilets (???) the only place to wash hands was in kitchen sink which i also had to provide the dish soap for. Bed was single most uncomfortable bed i’ve ever slept in, and the beds in the dorm are all nailed together so if one person moves you all feel it. A million signs everywhere with rules on them makes you feel not at home and that you are always committing a crime of some sort.

La Casa Del Arbol was perfectly located in the centre of the village. Great atmosphere at the hostel. Only downside was the noise - wooden place and despite the signs people were a bit noisy. And the bed wasn’t great.
