Very clean. As it’s off season there wasn’t anyone around to hang out with. The TV also didn’t work and the room was cold (even with heating on and 2 wool blankets).

Perfect location, delightful staff and, as a solo traveller, it is great to be able to get single accommodation without having to pay an extortionate premium. Beware the church bells ring at 6.30 on Sunday morning 😀.
