Unfortunately the service was sub par. I had booked for 2 types of rooms - one with 3 beds of 4 and one with two beds. We were given the wrong rooms upon check in, and when confronted them about it, we were then given 3 rooms with bunk beds. This was not our choice and instead of honoring our online booking, we were charged more for these changes that were the resorts fault. When I asked why we were being charged, it seemed that that was when they realized they couldnt fool me.

Staff not very present especially those in the restaurant who weren't at all friendly, made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. reception staff were lovely. pool was great. shared mens and womens toilets and showers not ideal. food limited. no where to hang anything in dorm or put bag.

I loved how big and clean the facilities are. The pool is great. The only small annoying thing is that there are only two electrical outlets for the dorm whole room, and one of them isn’t really functional (a light switch blocks the outlet), so even with only two people in the room, we had to take turns to plug our devices. Despite this i would stay here again.
