Feel free to leave your bags at our storage room, if you want to have a look somewhere else around us before checking in (if you are leaving after check-out time and want to continue using the luggage locker and facilities, we charge a fee)! It will be a big pleasure for us even if you don´t stay there, and you will be anyway, very welcome to come to our bar and have a drink where you can meet a lot of backpackers and Brazilian people!

The rooms have no locks on them - we had a man from a different room try to sleep in one of our beds on the first night. The clientele were disorderly and someone from our dorm tried to break into my locker, damaging my lock and trying to sleep in other beds. When she made it into her bed she threw up over the railing onto my bed. I notified staff who cleaned the floor and gave me new sheets but they do not clean the bottom sheet which had vomit on it - I had to sleep with my friend.

Best hostel in Ipanema in my opinion. Clean, plenty of bathrooms, nice lounge areas and full kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't recommend this place more.
