Very nice, clean and calm place. Location is unbeatable. Facilities were a bit lacking , like no kitchen or refrigerator for guests, no hooks or hangers in the bathroom.
But still i would def recommend and stay here again. Good breakfast tool.

Very clean. Nice rooms, with nice bathrooms. Also free breakfast. The problem I see is that the people there are quite "old".
Its not the type of hostel for people in their 20s. No atmosphere, no young people. You wont meet anyone there. Also if you like night life, it is in Monasteraki. From there you will have to walk to this hostel alone at night through some empty streets, which was kinda scary.
Also 2 euros everytime you store your luggage.

I stayed in a 3 bed mixed dorm and was happy with the cleanliness and feel of the room. The air conditioning was amazing. Breakfast wasn’t great but it’s free so can’t complain. Great location! Cons-Bunk bed was extremely loud squeaking every time you move. Staff isn’t very friendly and the shower wasn’t great.

I think what really makes us special is our unbeatable location, right at the foot of the Acropolis rock, but on a quiet street away from the noisy city. Our Garden provides a great shelter from the bustling city of Athens for those who want to take a break from site seeing etc and relax during the day. In fact, you'd never know you were in downtown Athens when chilling there...that's why we serve breakfast in the garden!
The main thing that separates us from other hostels is that we have a totally non commercial/alternative approach to our guests feeling more like hosts than hostel owners. Our friendly team of locals - Stav, Denitsa and Dinos - can help guests truly explore the city in the best possible way. Stav is also a concert promoter, so guests can check with him about any awesome gigs and club nights before heading out.
There are several nearby places I highly recommend visiting, but here I would have to suggest Kostas Souvlaki in Syntagma, just a seven-minute walk away - they've got the best souvlaki in the city.
I'd say our hostel is ideally suited for chilled-out, laid-back and relaxed people hoping to see the off-beat side of Athens.
