Absolute 10/10 of Hostel in all aspects! Amazing location in the heart of Oaxaca city, beautiful courtyard, rooftop chill out zone, shared kitchen, super comfortable beds (sheets washed everyday), clean bathrooms and super helpful friendly staff. They were even kind enough to let me leave some bags there will I headed off on another leg of my journey that didn’t require all my gear. Mucho Gracias Cielo Rojo â¤ï¸

The main issue with this hostel that cannot be overlooked is that they overcharged for the rooms, and would try to double charge for nights you have already paid for. This happened not only to me but to others in the hostel. Best case, the staff have low attention to detail and are doing this on accident. Worst case, they are intentionally trying to rip people off. One of the owners, Suzana, would tell at customers over issues which I find unacceptable. Low cleanliness and not social.

Amazing amazing staff, I cannot say enough. They were so friendly and helpful, I really appreciated it and felt very much welcomed there. Good facilities, they put a lot of effort into keeping a clean environment. Excellent location. Everything is walking distance and felt very safe there. I highly recommend :)
