Located only five minutes away from the bus terminal the hostel is a pretty good base to explore Jeju. Comfortable beds and providing free breakfast. Only downside is that the atmosphere is lacking.

Super friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere. Great location for navigating the island from the airport with a close bus stop.

Overall, this is a nice hostel, with up-to-date facilities, a fantastic location and large modern common area. Having the bus station literally a two minute walk away is really cool. I do have to highlight a pretty negative experience I had on the first night. I would pick somewhere else because of it, and I hope this can be corrected in the future. I checked in, and was shown my room and the facilities. As I was battling an upset stomach from food poisoning from Vietnam and exhausted from flying all day; laid down in the bed, only to be shaken awake by an angry person 5 minutes later. Shocked, I realized I must have been shown the wrong bed (as they’re all assigned here) and went downstairs. I spoke to a few different staff downstairs, and suddenly the conversation shifted to all about payment, as apparently I needed to pay upon check-in, another mistake made by the staff when I initially checked in. I’m chalking a lot of this to a cultural difference and previous bad guest experiences, but it still felt jarring to go from dealing with my issue to suddenly demanding payment. I specifically say “demanded” because it was pretty agressive; definitely felt like they thought I might not pay. I paid and we went upstairs where I was smugly told a different bed than initially shown was the correct bed. Felt pretty unwelcoming, pretty different experience compared to my experience in the rest of Asia.
