We had a very good stay at Plateau Lodge. Really good place to stay. The woman at reception was very helpful...bent over backwards to help us .
For example, she allowed us to stay way past check out time while we waited for a late bus.

This place was really nice, it was a lodge and not a hostel tho which is a mistake I made. Highly recommend if you have some extra money because it was really great. The lady at the front desk also offered to give me a ride to the train stop which was highly appreciated in the rain!

Have stayed here a few times. Love the place as it suits various budgets and meets our expectations. Friendly owners and staff. Close to the local shops, cafes and pub. Would recommend this place others doing adventure type activities in the area or those just wanting to get away.
