Me cancelaron mi reserva y no me dieron ni una solución estando ya ahí. Pésimo servicio, el chico de la entrada no intenta arreglar sus errores y no da soluciones más que mandes un correo.

Stayed there for 9 nights and it was a perfect experience. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean and warm. The staff is so kind and helpful. Especially Ismael, you're the man!

También hay una luz de lectura individual en cada litera para no molestar a los otros huéspedes de la habitación.
