Really chill, homely place. Absolutely loved our stay here. Way better staying in La Barra than Punta Del Este, much more relaxed surfer beach town vibe. The staff were great & you can rent bikes & boards here too. Would just say that the facilities could do with a few touch ups!

lovely hostel with very spacious private rooms. lots of space around the hostel to hang out and generally a good energy. the kitchen was not very clean & there was a musty smell to the bedding / couches

It was supposed to be one night, ended up being five, and I'm already planning to come back. The property is beautiful, the staff goes above and beyond to help and make you feel at home, the vibe is perfect for meeting other travels, wifi is strong enough for work, and being around the corner from the beach was the best.
