CANCELLATION POLICY: 72h Advance Notice (after this Period we will proceed to charge, previous notification via email to the customer, the remaining Balance for the First Night in case we can't set the rooms for some other people)
CHANGE POLICY: 48h Advance Notice (is subject to Availability).
In case of NO-SHOW and NO NOTIFICATION with at least 72h in Advance, we will proceed to charge the remaining Balance for the First Night.
At the moment of your check in, we will ask for a $100 PESOS DEPOSIT, this deposit is mandatory and it has to be paid in CASH, if you fail to comply, we will cancel your reservation.

It is a nice hostel if you like big hostels.
They have a lot of space to chill and hang out and the food is also really good. They also offer activities every night.
What I didn’t like were the beds that are pretty uncomfortable, the WiFi that is really bad and the female bathroom which is constantly flooded.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place is set up really well, comfy beds, lots of chill areas, cosy fires at night. Love the free cocktail nights and dancing-loads of fun. Free brekkys and dinners were awesome! and good social times. Thanks to volunteers Chris and Sarah for being great hostel companions, and Aiikaa for bringing fun bar nights xox also ps the water situation is no joke do not put it anywhere ur face

Best hotel in San Cristobal, staff is so friendly and flexible. Dinner and Breakfast included, free drink some days, great social area and activities. You will love this hostel!
