The shower never had hot water and the door didn’t close. The bedding didn’t include a top sheet and was dirty. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Good location though.

Staff were really friendly, but the place was very dirty. We had a double room and when we arrived to the room there was hair all over the place, and the room stank but we moved past that. We then discovered the bedding was very dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a few weeks. Which is disgusting, we’ve been staying in hostels for the past 6 weeks so we don’t have high standards at all, but to not have clean bedding was disgusting. Staff were very nice and changed our bedding as soon as we asked, (it was

Too many clauses. Signs and hidden fees. Old beds and funny stairs to upper floors. No soap, no sink for shaving. Needs better management and renovations.
