the staff was not very friendly and the environment in the dorms were a bit odd. The room was fully dark in the middle of the day and it felt like I couldn’t talk it really make any noise.

Location is beyond perfect! In safe neighborhood, 15 minutes by walk from Union Station, 15 minutes from Toronto city Airport. Room is clean, cleaners come every day to empty trash and to check on cleanliness. Few times cleaner came in to our all female room without knocking, and left without locking the door. Maintenance condition is not great, a lot of broken, chipped stuff. No lockers in the room for luggage, but there are safe boxes. Stuff is okay. 2 times stuff forgot about breakfast.
