Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise

We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a € 25.00 fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 30lbs/14kg

Don't forget to bring a valid passport with you, this is mandatory for all non EU guests or valid identification documents for EU guests. As per government regulations, this needs to be the physical passport/ID, photos or photo copies will not be accepted.

It was okay, I would personally prefer that there are curtain to our bed or to the window because the light woke me up at 4 am. Dorms to me are supposed to be cheap, so I guess Venise is an expansive city but it's like the double of what I'm use to pay. The showers are not that private and leave no space to put your clothes before entering. But it's still a nice place to stay, it's pretty, and the woman at the reception gave us really good restaurant suggestions.

Very nice Lobby and common room. The Location is good for touring as there are nearby Vaporetto (water bus) stations with quick rides to the train station and main tourism features. However, once the water buses stop running ~9 you cannot move between the main town Venezia and the hostel on Guidecca. There are still good, nearby restaurants but this makes clubbing difficult. This coupled with no outside drinks is annoying. Lastly the rooms were a bit cramped and there should be more bathrooms per floor. Ove

Great place to stay in Venice! Just a short water bus to the city center! Laid back and super friendly vibes. Great place to meet other travelers! The staff were very helpful and friendly as well!
