The a&o Graz Hauptbahnhof opened in spring 2013 and enriches the beautiful city on the Mur with its modern rooms and charm. Guests can book a single, double or family room. The newly built a&o Graz Hauptbahnhof is worth a visit in itself, as the Skybar on the roof of the building lets you discover the whole beauty of the UNESCO awarded city while enjoying a well-mixed cocktail or delicious cup of coffee. The space is clean and has all necessary facilities. Like at all A&O hostels you have to pay extra for bedding but considering the price for a dorm is really cheap I think that’s okay. Everything was clean and reception was very friendly. They upgraded us to a female dorm for no extra cost even though we booked a mixed dorm (very nice of them). As usual a&o gives more of a hotel vibe - not much social activity but it was a pleasant stay and the people in our dorm were nice

Our dorm room looked dirty and disheveled when we arrived which was off putting, after some odd roomates the staff were helpful in giving us a new room
