Awesome nice place to stay, clean and the bathrooms are hella nice, the staff is friendly can also book tours & excursions right there at the reception!

I've stayed in the Bus Hostel a few times over the years and Ive always had the best experience, I dont stay anywhere else whilst in Iceland. One thing I would like to point out on 29th, there was a young girl working on reception and she could not of been more rude to other customers. I waited until the blonde haired lady was free and I even went over to the couple to see whether I could help. The brunette receptionist laughed at this women, eye rolled at her. horrible!!!!!!!

Overall good although when I arrived to check in there was three people working at the desk but only one woman helping customers. I ended up having to wait a while for the woman to serve me whilst the other two were online shopping and chatting. Very poor customer service, especially when you're itching to check in from a long travel day.
