The Brazilodge Hostel is the most comfortable of São Paulo, all rooms have private bathroom, air conditioning, pillow top mattresses with dimensions 0.94 x 1.98 m and two lockers per guest. This place is more like a hotel than a hostel. There is a communal area and kitchen but no-one seems to hang out there. Location wise, it's not near the main nightlife area such as Vila Madalena but it's a short Uber ride away & there are lots of nice bars and restaurants near the hostel.The area feels very safe, the hostel also feels very secure & very clean too. Free breakfast was nice too. I really enjoyed my stay here & think it's very good value for money.

This hostel had everything you need for a stay in São Paulo. The staff were very accommodating when our flight home was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. The facilities were great and breakfast each morning was delicious. Being in my mid 30s I didn’t mind the lack of party atmosphere you may find at other backpacker hostels. This is a great place to stay.

Nice hostel with really nice staff. Rooms were fine, could do with more shelves or somewhere to put things that aren’t the floor. Kitchen was fine but definitely needed more equipment. Breakfast was nice. Great location.
