You will get a free Lucerne Public Transportation Ticket that is valid for your whole stay. You will receive the Luzern Visitor Card with the free bus ticket per email approx. 1 day before your arrival day. You can download it directly to your smartphone.
Free Wifi in all rooms, lounge with free wifi and tea, free internet stations, fully equipped kitchen facilities! Nespresso Coffee (2 CHF) and car parking (CHF 10).
Continental breakfast is available and can be booked at the reception (CHF 10) and will be served between 08.30 and 09.30 am.
All of our shared rooms have bathroom and 24hr hot shower in the room!
All shared rooms come with security lockers.
Some of the rooms also have balconies.

Located slightly outside Lucerne, though this isn't a problem since taking the bus (10 minute ride) is free with the visitor card you get just by booking a bed! You're also right next to the base of Mount Pilatus so it's easy to take a gondola or hike from the hostel. Nice staff and good kitchen.

Everything was nice, the reception woman was very friendly, the only thing is that the mattress was a bit old and the bathroom was clean but it didn’t smell good
