ultimately great stay! staff were unfreindly and the room had an odd smell. make sure to read all the info on the back of your drooms door else you will struggle to get back in after a noght out!! would recommend 👌

Emailed the hostel a few days before to let them know we would be arriving early hours of the morning and they promised to send me a code to get in the door, did not receive it or any communication! The woman on reception did not speak English and when we did arrive she charged me a lot more than what we were quoted on booking and I could not communicate with her so ended up having to pay it. Overall very disappointed in this hostel

Bad communication overall. Example: we arrived late and tried to call them all day ( no one piked up). Mailing was slow, mistakes, missing information... We did not know the room number; had to check every door to find an open room...
Had to pay twice, mistake at the check-out. No one could fix it on a saterday.
