Situated close to Penrith town centre, Wayfarers Hostel provides excellent value accommodation to those visiting Penrith, the Eden Valley and the North Lakes. We are near all major transport links and are ideally suited to cyclists, walkers and small groups.
Newly refurbished in a comfortable, modern style. Facilities include a lounge, full kitchen and dining facilities and an outside seating area for guests to enjoy. All bedrooms are en suite with made up beds (sheets & duvets), lockers, bedside lights, towels for hire and there is free WiFi.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests we do not accept stag/hen parties. We welcome quiet groups only and expect all our guest to respect that noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10PM-6AM.

This hostel is clean and has great facilities! The staff are helpful and accommodating. Queries prior to our arrival were answered promptly and numerous options were afforded us. I would definitely use this hostel again.

The communal areas were lovely, the staff were really attentive and helpful. The kitchen was immaculate with thoughtful additions (complimentary snacks, tea, coffee etc). The beds were clean and suitable for a nights stay. However, some long term guests made the atmosphere slightly uncomfortable. Overall, good stay and would recommend!
