Property Description
We have two private bedrooms, one with shared bathroom; a bedroom with 7 bunk beds (14 people), a bedroom with 4 bunk beds (8 people) and a bedroom with 3 bunk beds (6 people) and a large balcony. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Prices include bed linen and free WiFi. There are plenty of things to do in Paraty. The hostel organizes a boat tour 'Caipboat' along the most beautiful beaches in the area. There are free Caipirinhas all day.
The hostel also has a pool table on the second floor, The location is also very good , near supermarket , bakery and ATM .
Cancellation policy: 15 days
Late cancellation/No show will be charged 100%
This property might pre-charge your reservation 50% of total amount when a booking is made to guarantee your reservation, failure might result in your booking cancellation
Cancellation of booking less than 15 days prior to arrival: No Return.

When we arrived they didn't have our reservation, this meant we had to move to a dorm when we had booked a private room.
We had various issues with this hostel, showers and floors were always dirty. The room we stayed in had wall made from plastic and offered no sound protection from the front desk and the corridor. Kitchen was lacking basic equipment like mugs and glasses. Front door never shut properly so security was lacking. Beds didn't have sheets and I can't imagine they wash the blankets

Perfect example of how a good hostel should be! Friendly and most helpful owner ever, so lovely and great first impression of the hostel! Close to the Paraty's Historic Center. Absly that's the VIBE :) 100% recommended.

Property is very run down, does not look like photos anymore. Suppose to be a party hostel but no party vibes/ social atmosphere at all. Did not feel comfortable in mixed dorm. Had to get my own set of fresh sheets from laundry, not provided, only a dirty doona cover. Would not stay here again or recommend to others.
