The hostel was filthy and the bed linen were full of stains to the extend that I had to go get new ones (still with stains) and buy disinfectant spray. The rooms are sooo tiny, two people can’t pass at the same time. My locker was broken and I hat to store my valuables in my friends’ locker. The shower was full of mold and I think so was the ceiling but it was painted over. The kitchen was okay, yet it had lots of fruit flys and our food was taken from the fridge (nit the hostels fault). We did not end up staying here and asked for our money back. The property was not up to our standards considering the price. Your website claims they take card - they do not. The room was messy and unclean. The two apparent free beds were covered in people’s stuff and dirty linen and we were expected to sort all this out in the pitch black. The lockers did not work and would’ve cost us an extra £25 each - this is not clear on the website. The road is not welcoming and the staff were unhelpful.
