the place is absolutely infested with cockroaches- woke up one morning and my food bag was swarmed with them. kitchen has pipes leaking everywhere and cockroaches crawling all over the place. if you’re put on floor 1 you will get NO sleep, the hostel is connected to a night club and you can hear the music all night, floor vibrating so bad. not a social hostel atall.
security is pretty bad, any can get access all common areas
positives are that the rooms are pretty nice, location is quite good

Great hostel. I met a lot of lovely people. The facilities were decent and the vibe was good. I was happy to be right next to a bar that had very fun social events every night. Would recommend to anyone travelling Sydney, especially if you are looking to meet other people on working holiday visas. Even if you're just on a tourist visa, the staff will help you organise your travels which is great. Josh, was especially great and friendly. Good times. :)
