Great staff that goes above and beyond truly. They are super knowledgeable and will take time out of their day to help you! Everything else about the hostel is as expecting nothing crazy good or bad.

The hostel moved my unpacked stuff to accommodate a religious need instead of telling them they needed to book a female only dorm instead of booking mixed and hoping for the best. They subsequently downgraded my room and didn't reduce the price. They were willing to take my laundry but took no accountability for significant damage done to the elasticine. They asked for proof via WhatsApp but never followed up after repeated inquiries.

The staff were extremely nice to us, went the extra mile trying to help us with our visas into chille. Breakfast was nice and hostel has a homely feel. Overall extremely happy with the hostel 100% recommend
