I was really excited to stay here based on the prior reviews, but I have to say the place was a bit of a letdown. The kid working at the hostel seemed completely disintered in helping answer questions I had about where to buy soap, how to get a taxi, where to eat, etc. and answered everything with a shrug. Him and his girlfriend also hung out in the common room shouting until 4 am while the guests were trying to sleep. Toilets and showers not clean. Far from the city center. Wouldn't recommend.

The way the manager runs this place isn’t acceptable. You can’t put discounts and prices on the website then charge more ( full price) when you get there. Everyone I talked to at the place said the same happened to them but they didn’t take the fight. It took me about 20 min of arguing to get the price I had booked it for and what it said in my mail. The workers say they have the same problem all of the time and that they weren’t allowed by the manager to charge what it says in the website. And yes local tourist tax was included in my price. My price they told me was 35% more than what I was supposed to pay.
Lousy management but the other workers there where good and I feel sorry for them. You could se in their face how tired they were of this problem

Very ANNOYED at the hostel... The price with Taxes is clearly stated on the online booking and they tried to charge us 20% more saying that they dont ackowledge those online prices. Not only to us but a lot of other customers, staff is not very friendly and we had to wait nearly an hour till they accepted our online prices. Also the hostel is very far from the metro station and other amenities. People in the lobby are very loud at all times
