Positives: Really good location, easy check in checkout,.luggage storage option free of cost,nice breakfast. To improve: The air conditioning is quite centralised and it gets turned off if some room has window opened. The staff were helpless as they don't have option to check which room has the window opened. So if it's a warm night, it will be a real struggle. They should post a notice on the window of each room to notify users about the same. We had a bad sleep because of this.

This hostel is really beautiful, it feels more like an hotel than a hostel. The rooms were really clean and bathrooms as well. But what makes me put I lower score is the high price and also that we found BEDBUGS. One bug was crawling on my blanket whilst I was in the bed. It caused panic in the room and my friend and I started to flipp the beds. There was one more under the mattress and this one was dead. When we told the staff about it they didn't really react like this was common.
