Great location and despite low season there were lots of people staying there. Dorms are basic, but has ac and fans which is great in the heat. Nice common area with hammocks and benches. Maybe it was due to low season, but sometimes we couldn’t find the staff although the reception supposedly was open.

You should definitely stay in Bellas backpackers if you are visiting San ignacio. The two staff here were very accommodating to me and the lads. As soon as we walked in the door they greeted us straight away and didn’t jump straight to the payment. They made us feel at home first and showed us around the hostel, offered us tastings of different foods available. The vibes are very nice and relaxed here, great views of San ignacio from the top floor of the hostel. I felt very safe while I was here at Bellas,
