a&o Stuttgart City is one of the newest property of a&o, it is located 2 km north of the main train station and is three stops or a seven-minute ride on the U12 (city rail) from the Milchhof station. Stuttgart city centre with its many attractions, including Schlossplatz, the Staatstheater [state theatre] and the historic Zahnradbahn, a rack railway Stuttgart residents call the Zacke [spike], are just a short walk away. It is best to arrive by car, bus or train.

The facility has every kind of room available for you: single, double and family rooms in the hotel part with en-suite shower and WC as well as TV or shared rooms for four to eight people with en-suite bathroom and comfortable bunk beds. There is free Wi-Fi in the entire a&o for all guests.

Close vicinity main ðŸš‚ station, reception 24/7 friendly &helpful.rooms spacious en-suite toilet & ðŸš¿ shower. Good buffet breakfast. Value for money. Good hard working cleaners. Large bar area to relax.

okay hostel, it does the job for one night but if you're planning to stay for multiple nights it's better to go somewhere else. staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, but very humid and without much natural light. the lobby is loud and full of kids/families, people hang out outside the hostel 24/7 and drink and smoke. i had a room on the ground floor so could hear people outside all night. kitchen was small without any windows so always smelt strange and was ridiculously hot.

Bad receptionists. Not suitable for socializing. Lobby is full of kids and they are very loud. Kitchen almost empty with nothing useful to use. Rooms and bathroom are clean, although in my room I couldnâ€™t open the window because it was blocked by the bed, so had to change the room. Beds does not have any electrical plugs, only USB plugs. Smell is very bad in the corridor.
