Please note that this property cannot accommodate children under 10 years old.
Each room has an air conditioner and a room key.
Every room shares shower rooms and toilets.
Self-service is the style in a guesthouse,, it is different from a ryokan or a hotel. But we serve rooms at a reasonable charge for couples or groups.
And we have a kitchen for guests, so you can buy variety of food and cook them there.
We keep your luggage from 8AM in the morning. Please bring your luggage by 12PM(noon). Closed time between 12PM(noon) and 3PM . We also keep your luggage after check out until 8 PM.

It was great. My favourite Hostel on my visit to Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in an excellent location and guests enjoyed talking to each other. Highly recommend.

This location was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, I was able to rent a bike, laundry and dryer is available, and a small breakfast can be bought on the property. The location is close enough to Nara park that you can walk or jog over, but some may prefer to bike or take a bus. The guesthouse is also close to many restaurants tourists and locals frequent near the Kintetsu station. Yuzan's Guest House Annex has the feel of a home more than your usual hostel. it has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice common room. The people who run the place are welcoming and helpful. Yuzan's is an easy walk from the Nara Train Station. It's also just a few blocks from the bus stop where you can catch a bus to Nara Park to see the many shrines for which Nara's famous. It's also a quick walk to the streets behind the Nara Kintetsu Station where you'll find lots of restaurants and shops.
