Nearby, 3 min walk is the famous Amphitheater, just on 1 min walk is city waterfront promenade; parks, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and night clubs. There are shops, a pharmacy and shopping centers nearby as well. It is surrounded by some free public parking lot, and a forest just across the street.

Unfortunately I was there during off-peak season so it was socially quiet. The showers and toilets all really need some improvements such as the doors which donâ€™t really close. The kitchen was helpful and the porch had some excellent seating. Thanks also for allowing me to hang around as I had a later flight.

Our stay at Crazy House Hostel was pretty great, the hostel is a nice place to explore Pula and the region from. The facilities are nice and well maintained. Overall we had only two complaints, one of them being the door to our dorm being very very thin, so you hear everything from the hallway. Apart from that an employee was vacuum cleaning the entrance at 3am in the morning for 3 out of 5 of our nights, which woke us up and seemed bizarre. Nonetheless I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay!

this hostel is an alright place to stay! the girls dorm felt really safe but I didnt feel safe walking back to the hostel location on my own in the dark (I might just be a wimp!). The shower was really nice but getting a towel wouldve been a nice touch. there seemed to be a school group in when I was there which really affected the atmosphere for me as the social spaces were all taken up, including the kitchen. it wasnt bad for three nights
