We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and a free service for pick up and drop off at the train or bus station. We arranged a safari tour in Wilpattu national park through the hotel, and that was arranged perfectly. Food and everything was included. Also we rented some bikes to tour through the ancient city, and that was also really easy via the hotel staff. So the staff is there for you for whatever you need.

We stayed 2 nights in Hotel Shalini as a couple. Communication was smooth with the staff throughout, they arranged a tuk tuk pick up from the train station when we arrived. Room was clean, spacious, with mosquito nets, A/C and hot water. Property was lovely and open, peaceful, located about a 10min walk from the Main Street in Anuradaphura and about 30-45mins from the entrance to the old sacred city. Food was fantastic, we ate here both nights and would recommend. Would definitely stay again.
