The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic and simple but clean. Great location relative to Termini Train and Metro Station.

Pros: the staff is nice and the location is great, the room has AC. Our quadruple room had one double bed and two bunk beds (not very comfortable), which was nowhere specified, nor was it shown in the photos on this website. The shower doesn't have a hose,

The rooms matched the pictures and vere clean and nice. Only the showerhead was a bit dirty and the water pressure was not too good
