The hotel is located in the historical centre of Venice between Campo SanTom and Campo Santa Barnaba, one of the most interesting areas of Venice, E FEW STEPS from Campo Santa Margherita and the moste famous bar of the city, at 2 minutes from university, one minute from San Tom stop,5 minutes from The Accademia.
The rooms are well cared for and kept up on a regular maintenance schedule.
Week- end minimum stay 2 nights cancellation are accepted 76 hours before you arrival date.
check-in after 14:00 - before 21:00 ( for Check afger 22:00 ther is extra charge 18 Euros , after 24:00 extra charge 28 Euros)
Breakfast is not included.
City tax 1 euro per person per night not included in the price if you card is not valid to garanty the reservation we don't consider your reservation

The facility was comfortable and I felt like I was staying in a home. People were very friendly and the location was close to Vaporetto stop so it was really easy to get around. Would highly recommend
