The staff there are very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed my short stay. Also the location is very near to the travertine entrance so it’s perfect. The food at the restaurant also is really good!

Mustafa Pension met the expectations I had after reading reviews before coming. It is clean, the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. The room I stayed in was nice and the AC worked well. Knowing the Pamukkale is a very expensive tourist town, Mustafa is pretty reasonable price wise. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but you get free breakfast included. I would recommend staying here if you plan to go to Pamukkale!
