A self-catering kitchen, a lounge and hang-out with internet, vending machines, laundry and dryer, everything is handicapped accessible and operates according to the 2000-Watts-Society. The Gundeldinger Feld area offers restaurants, bistros, bars, playground, indoor climbing, pilates-studio, library, ateliers, theater, circus- and dancing schools, and houses various offices and services.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel.
The staffs were so friendly and very ready to help💖
The breakfast was sooo yummy and fresh .
And the fact that they can communicate in English was so reliving for a foreigner ðŸ’
I think I should write a book of all the good things
But anytime am in Basel Switzerland this is my home.

I enjoyed my stay very much! It was everything I was looking for. After hectic Milan I enjoyed this peaceful and silent atmosphere. Also had really great conversations with others. Would definitely come back again 🩷

Beds are very comfortable. I do wish that the toilets were separate for men and women though. Also the shower is basically a tap in the wall that aggressively shoots water out at you.
