My experience was pretty negative, I don’t see how they got a high rating. Their customer level service was insulting. They failed to be honest and transparent about a lot of things. There was miscommunication between staff members (they weren’t on the same page). One staff member would say one thing and the other would say something different. It was also extremely dirty, the rooms and bathrooms.
And one of the staff members was partying right outside the room until 6am, so unprofessional. 0/0
