It was a cozy hostel at a convenient location in the city center. The staff was polite and helpful and the property was clean, in general. I would prefer if the hostel organized more activities for the travellers, but nevertheless everyone who works there tries their best to make the atmosphere as pleasant as possible.

The stay was good. Everything was clean. Just a few recommendations to make this spot better and more enjoyable:
I didn't expect that we need to pay for all extras. I knew only about towels. Just let us know that there's no locker to close our stuff in the room. Could be nice to have at least shower gel.
And it's very strange that you charging for storage room.
And one more important feedback it's the staff. Where are your smiles guys? At least try to show that you are happy to see us.

Well, I don’t think it is really good option for young solo travellers who want to socialise. The environment is not social and a lot of groups and older people are staying. The bathrooms need renovations, since there is no fan it stinks (at least on floor 3) Also for the whole floor there are only 2 bathrooms. Staff was not informative and did not know much about anything. Despite all the negatives, the beds were really comfortable and private which I enjoyed. And location was perfect.
