We have 10 large rooms with private bathrooms, Ac\ Non Ac room, ceiling fans, 24-hour hot shower and clean beds – single and double, each with its own mosquito net. We provide free WiFi Internet access, free parking, free information regarding the Chitwan National Park, professional guide service (including free Tharu village visit and sunset point), restaurant service (6.00 AM – 9.00 PM)
We have a big and beautiful front yard and a well cared garden full of flowers, so that you can relax in the best conditions after an intense day spent in the jungle. The balcony offers a scenic view. You’ll never forget the sunrise over the vivid yellow mustard fields, rice fields and Tharu village huts.
The nearest airport is 18km Barathpur & Tribhuvan Airport, 86 km from the property. 10 minute walk from sauraha tourists bus park. If you inform us we will pick you up. Also We arrange all activities in park with local guide.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Check-in Time: from 10:00 am. To 9:00 pm.
2. Check-out Time: until 12: 15 pm.
3. Payment: Full balance must be paid in cash only upon checking in.
4. Cancellation Policy: Up to 1 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
5. Children Policy:
(1) Children below 5 Years: No Charges
(2) Children between 5 to 10 Years: will be charged 50%
(3) Children above 10 Years: will be charge 100% .
6. Pets are allowed in hotel but must be inform to the hotel
7. Reception Working Hours: from 08:00 to 23:00.
8. Unnecessary thing like weapons, drugs are not allowed in hotel.
9. Smoking is allowed in the hotel.
10. Hotel will provide free pickup service service from sauraha Bus Park if required.
11. Breakfast is not including in room rate.
12. If you want to do any Chitwan National Park activities like hiking in national park, elephant ride, canoeing, jeep safari, night tower stay, and more you can also book this activities in hotel with budget price with experience local guide.

I had a great stay. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They even picked me up from the bus station and gave me a ride back when I left. The owner was especially kind and eager to share his passion for the animals. He took us on a walk, where we had the opportunity to see elephants and a rhino. It was a memorable experience.

I spent 5 nights here and the staff were extremely open and honest with me the whole time. They gave me all the information I could want without trying to convince me to take the tour with them. But generally the tours were cheaper at rhino land. Facilities, beds and food was good too.

Raj has been treating me as if he knew me forever. He was very helpful and accommodating, even picked me up from the bus station. he’s constantly improving the hotel to make it more comfortable for all. I was there in low season therefore it was very quiet but still had a great time!
