Conveniently located 200 m from the old town area of Phuket, In Phuket House offers comfortable and non-smoking accommodation surrounded by street food, local gift shops and several attractions.Nightlife can be experienced in this walk-able downtown area. There is free public parking area on both sides of the road in front of our hotel.

Rooms here provide guests with a wide range of facilities such as a cable TV, free WiFi and an air conditioning. The en suite bathroom comes with a shower & water heater. All guests are always welcomed and made to feel at home by the friendly owner.

In order to confirm your reservation. Please pay 50% of room payment within 1-2 days (see the season period below) after reserved date to our PayPal account. For details of our PayPal account, we will send to your e-mail after you reserved. The rest 50% of room payment upon arrival by cash.
Example:
Room rate = 100 THB
15% deposit with Hostelworld = 15 THB
Pay 50% of room payment within 2 days = (100 - 15%) / 2 = 42.50 THB
Pay 50% of room payment when check in = 42.50 THB

Prepayment require for High Season (October - April) and Low Season (May – September):
We will send you an email to require 100% of room payment (not included Transfer fee) which you can transfer via our PayPal or QR Payment for Credit card. If we do not get any reply by 24 hours in high season and 48 hours in low season, your booking will be cancelled.

In order to avoid your No Show, please ensure you inform your arrival time as following details:
1. If you check in during our office hours (9 am - 7 pm), please inform us your arrival time at least one day before your arrival date either by e-mail, call us or WhatsApp, you can see our phone number on your booking confirmation email from Hostelworld.
2. If you check in after office hour (7 pm), please contact us before 5 pm on your arrival date. We will be ready for you. In case the flight delays or have some emergency issues, please inform us immediately about your arrival time. If you are not sure whether you can check in, please kindly inform us as soon as possible by either call us or WhatsApp. Our phone number on your booking confirmation email from Hostelworld.
3. Our last check in time is midnight. If guests don't come within 12 am of their arrival date, this means guests are "NO SHOW". Guests must pay full payment of their reservation.

Our Security House Rule
VISITORS
- Please meet your visitors at the lobby of guesthouse. Visitors or friends are prohibited from entering the residence area, which is reserved only for registered guests.
LIMITED AREA ACCESS
- For everyone’s safety, we have established a “Limited Area Access” policy as below:
A: Non-guest is not allowed to pass the ground floor at entrance door leading to the residence area.
B: Between 10 pm and 8 am, the Guesthouse lobby is accessible only to guests with keycard.
CLEANLINESS
- For cleanliness, please remove your shoes while you are in building. You can prepare your personal slippers to use inside the building.
