The bathroom was terrible, smelly with mould everywhere. The blanket didn't seem to be changed between guests. No keys for lockers. The staffs were friendly but only if they could use that friendliness in cleaning the facilities.

i couldn’t even get into the hostel because of something with my ID even though i already booked it, i tried showing him other forms of id and he said it wasn’t sufficient. i asked him what to do, he told me other hostels near me cost $200+ a night, or i could sleep outside of the train station….. i asked him for a refund since i couldn’t stay, and he said he would “ask management†so does this mean im getting a refund?? for not staying at the hostel? and sleeping on the street in milan???

such a cute place to stay to explore the city, close to a train station and there’s plenty of food places and a supermarket super close by, staff was so lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.
