Don’t book!! We got to the place at night and were told the hotel was fully booked, even though we booked weeks in advance and my name was on the list of rooms the manager held. We had to run around Agra at 11 pm trying to find a place to stay and the manager was not at all understanding or tried to help us in any way, just very rude. The lobby also smelled really bad and damp. Save yourself the trouble and book another place.

The staff here were all very friendly and helpful, especially in navigating rides to and from the train station. The location in regards to proximity to Taj Mahal is awesome, however other travelers should be aware that it is in the middle of a market, which means at times no through traffic is allowed. As for the facility itself… well you get what you pay for. Be aware that the bathroom/ shower area is very small so for taller travelers, you may need to sit “side saddleâ€.
