Very clean, very accomadating, very helpful staff. I didnt love the bathroom situation connected to the room because it made it hard to feel like i wasnt bothering people with noise even creeping around like a mouse, but otherwise it was all great.

The bed provided was the worse possible bed I have ever slept on. I had to sleep on the floor as they did not replace the bed even upon request. overall did not like the place.
