Outbox Inn is a fantastic choice while visiting Monteverde! The room was clean and comfortable - the staff were always friendly and helpful! The location can not be beat - directly in the small little downtown just steps to everything you need! So happy with my choice to stay here! Pura Vida!

The staff was really rude, especially the one with the tattoos. I felt like I was bothering him when I checked in and asked for things to do. Also, Monteverde is the same as La fortuna, but less things to do. Not easy to meet people here.

The staff is amazing! So helpful with everything! The rooms are modern and comfortable, shared spaces are kept clean and free yoga Friday afternoons!
