Car parking can be challenging as the location only has a small amount of proprietary space. The views were excellent, as they were the last time I stayed in the adjoining room. The staff are efficient and friendly. For some reason I hadn't included breakfast this time, no big issue. The last time I stayed, it was excellent. The physical space in the bathroom is quite limited, but bathrobes and towels provided were nice. Overall, happy, but at the price point, it is marginal in terms of value.

We enjoyed our stay at The Strand hotel. Rooms were cozy and clean. Staff is very welcoming and kind. Location is perfect, right in front of the beach and close to the cliff walk. We booked two rooms and both were advertised as sea view but only one had sea view. It could be a problem with the website but this wasn’t a big issue for us. Will definitely be back!
